❓What kind of baby car seats do you provide ?
✅ Our vehicles are equipped with a variety of child safety seats to suit all ages — including rear-facing infant seats, forward-facing toddler seats, and booster cushions for older children. You’re welcome to use your own child seat if you prefer, but please note that we’re unable to store personal car seats during your trip. If you need it for your return transfer, you’ll need to bring it with you.
❓Can I request booster seats for bigger kids ?
✅ Of course. We can provide up to two booster seats per ride at no extra cost. Just let us know your requirements when you book.
❓How is Lajoiway different from a taxi or ride-share service ?
👦🏻 Unlike standard taxis or ride-hailing services, we specialise in family transport. We ensure your children’s safety by providing suitable car seats at no additional charge, giving you peace of mind during your journey.
❓How will I receive confirmation of my booking ?
✅ After you complete your reservation, we’ll send a confirmation email right away, including your booking reference number.
❓Are there extra fees for child seats ?
❌ No. We provide up to two infant seats and two booster seats per booking free of charge.
❓How much luggage can I bring along ?
🛄 Our vehicles are arranged according to your needs. Typically, you can bring one suitcase per passenger plus space for strollers and any other baby equipment. Please specify what you’ll be travelling with at the time of booking so we can accommodate you properly.

❓Do I need to confirm my booking again before the trip ?
📋 Once your reservation has been confirmed and you have your booking reference, there’s no need to reconfirm.

✅ Yes — our service is designed with families in mind. Whether you’re travelling with young children or have bulky items like golf bags or skis, we’ll arrange a vehicle that suits your needs. You can request a quote directly through our online tool.

❓How can I pay ?
💵 You can pay your driver directly in cash or by cheque. We also accept Visa, Visa Debit, and Mastercard via a secure online link. You can choose to pay in full or leave a deposit.
❓Do I need to bring my booking confirmation ?
Yes, please. Either print your confirmation or have it ready to show on your phone. The driver may ask to see your reference number.
❓Where will I be picked up or dropped off ?
✅ We provide door-to-door service wherever possible. If there are access restrictions, we will collect or drop you at the nearest safe location.
❓How long will the journey take ?
🕗 Travel times can vary depending on traffic, road closures, construction work, or other local conditions. We always recommend allowing extra time.
❓Can I make changes to my booking ?
✅ Yes, changes can be made up to 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up. Simply get in touch by email, phone, or SMS.
❓What’s your cancellation policy ?
🔄 Cancellations are free if you notify us at least 48 hours before departure. If you cancel within 48 hours of your trip, the full amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
❓What if I forget something in the vehicle ?
📲 If you think you left something behind, contact us promptly. We’ll do our best to recover your item, though we can’t be held responsible for lost belongings. We recommend having travel insurance for your trip.
❓Do you have insurance ?
✅ Yes, we carry professional liability insurance. We also recommend that travellers arrange their own travel insurance, especially for international journeys.
